Does your lot need fresh lines?
Look from a driver’s seat: are space boundaries easy to see? Faded lines, missing sections, and confusing markings are signs to assess. If lines remain clear, a full repaint may not be needed yet.
Mark the areas that need attention on a photo. Give each bidder the same list of lines and symbols, so you can compare the work included as well as the price.
What does the work involve?
The crew checks the layout, cleans and dries the painting areas, marks out the lines, and applies traffic paint. Vehicles stay clear while the paint dries.
Fresh lines help define spaces; a confusing layout needs review before repainting. If sealcoating is planned too, stripe after the coating is ready—not before it covers the markings.
